Working as a VIP manager doesn't suit everyone but for those who enjoy it, it becomes a way of life - and you can earn a really good wage!Our client is a rapidly expanding casino & sportsbook and is claiming an increasing market-share of the Austrian market. To better service their clients, they will be engaging an Austrian VIP Manager. Being an Austrian German speaker (native level) is a requirement for this role, as you will not only be chatting and creating promotions for your VIPs, but also take and make phonecalls so your Austrian German communication skills must be top notch.Basic salary from €28-40K + comprehensive bonus scheme of 50% of your annual salary!Role & Responsibilities

Engage with VIP clients via chat, email and phone
Develop and sustain solid relationships with VIP client
Assess and resolve clients' issue
Meet VIP players for streamed and live event
Evaluate and provide feedback on various segments relating to KPI performanc
Meet or exceed KPI target
Take active part in developing and implementing VIP programs and initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

Native communication-skills in German , spoken dialect must be Austrian
Fluent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Minimum 2 years' proven track record of working with B2C VIP management within igaming / online casino operations
Experience of working also with Sportsbook players would be an asset
Candidates with previous experience of working with VIP management for the Austrian German market in igaming is a non-negotiable requirement and the basic salary will reflect experience

About this role

Office-based in Mriehel, Malta, Sofia, Bulgaria OR Limassol, Cyprus
Up to €40K basic starting salary
Comprehensive bonus scheme of 50% bonus on KPIs applicable after 3 months' training and trial
If you earn the highest starting salary and hit your bonus, you will earn €60K!
