- Manage bid timelines and ensure all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process and handover process.- Proven experience in bid management or a similar role, preferably within [specific industry].
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.

- Proven experience in bid management or similar, preferably within the bank notes industry
- Strong project management skills within an international setting is seen as advantageous
- Fluency in written communication with a keen eye for detail
- Proficiency in using bid management software and tools
- Professional level of English paired with fluency in French or Spanish is a must
- Degree level of Education in Business Administration or similar preferred
