Project Manager

• To coordinate internal resources, operational divisions, and third parties/suppliers for the proper execution of projects.
• To define the purpose and objectives of the project, involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• To develop a detailed project implementation plan and monitor its execution.
• Supervise all aspects of the project.
• To set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and record project progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, work plans, and related costs.
• To measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• To report issues to the management as needed.
• To perform all tasks related to the assigned role.
• To ensure that all contracts are delivered on time, within technical limits, and according to the set budget.
• Provide guidance to the repair team, troubleshoot issues, and ensure efficient project delivery.

• Excellent communication skills in English, knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Required a bachelor's degree in Naval Engineering Or degree in mechanical engineer, a similar experience preferably in the Marine sector, or previous experience in the field compatible with the role.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills٫ with accuracy and attention to detail.
