A fiercely growing professional services group focusing on audit, accounting, and taxation urgently needs an Audit Manager to help support the three partners and drive the company forward. As an Audit Manager, you will be helping with the workload and nurturing and supporting the more junior employees so the company can thrive.This role is hybrid and offers a salary of up to €75K + bonus.Kindly note that only candidates who are fluent in Maltese can be considered for this role.Role & Responsibilities

Manage audit assignments from start to finish, including planning, overseeing progress, liaising with clients, and delivering final reports
Build strong relationships with new clients while also maintaining and nurturing existing partnerships
Review work completed by junior auditors, offering constructive feedback and guidance
Ensure all tasks and projects are completed accurately and within the set deadlines

Identify and explain audit-related issues, providing customised solutions where needed * Support team development by sharing expertise and mentoring colleaguesQualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field
ACCA, M.Accty or similar
At least 3 years of experience in audit
Fluency in Maltese and English at a native level, both written and spoken (non-negotiable)
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Experience with mentoring or managing teams of mixed ability

About this Role

Salary up to €75K + bonus
Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday)
Hybrid – two days working from home
