- Manage and optimize SASMAR's listings across multiple online marketplaces, ensuring visibility and competitive positioning.
- Develop strategic plans to enhance sales performance, including promotional and advertising strategies.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape to inform marketplace strategies.
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to assess effectiveness of marketplace initiatives and make data-driven decisions.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Product Development, to align branding and product offerings with marketplace needs.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and regulations to maintain positive relationships with platform representatives.
- Foster strong relationships with marketplace stakeholders to leverage opportunities and resolve issues efficiently.
- Prepare regular reports on marketplace performance and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in managing accounts on online marketplaces, preferably in the pharmaceutical or personal care sectors.
- Strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and digital marketing strategies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Experience with tools and software for marketplace management and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other data analysis tools.
