The Job
Provision of F&B services to guests, and local patrons in accordance with departmental business levels. Set up, relaying tables in restaurant outlets, order taking, serving of drinks and food orders.
Maintain optimum cleanliness in line with the company’s operating procedures and hygiene standards.Job Requirements

2 years of working experience in high‑end restaurants
Strong understanding of how the role contributes to the overall success of the restaurant
Willingness to work on a shift basis, with flexibility for weekends and public holidays

About You

Verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of any other European language is an asset
Conformity to grooming standards
Good time management skills
Leadership capabilities
Possession of a valid Skills Pass (obligatory for hospitality roles in Malta)
