Assisting skilled workers employed on construction and civil engineering projects/sites. Remarks: Full time on a permanent basis.To work as labourer in construction projects/sites such as with walls in local soft-stone blocks or else in hollow concrete blocks. Working in construction and civil engineering works. Tasks will include assisting in laying of soft-stone or else hollow concrete blocks for construction of walls in projects ranging from schools, private houses, offices, industrial units amongst others. Other tasks might include the laying and fixing of reinforcement, assistance in the erection of concrete formwork amongst other manual related work. Clear, dig up or raise site or construction
Unload and store materials manually in storage areas
Demolish a construction by means of machine
Prepare equipment and gear, secure the work area

Make/mix products (mortar, filler, glue...)
Assemble support structures (scaffold, braces, platform...)
Move and hoist bonders and bricks
Cut to size and place border stones
Cut and prepare reinforcing bars
Dig trenches
Provide workstation with material and products or check supply
Arrange storage areas for equipment and building materials
Place storm drains, drain covers...
