- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of events across multiple restaurant venues within the commercial complex, from initial briefing to post-event reporting.
- Coordinate with clients to understand event objectives, expectations, budgets, and timelines.
- Liaise with internal teams (F&B, marketing, operations, AV, housekeeping) and external vendors to ensure smooth and professional event execution.
- Create detailed event proposals and run sheets, including floor plans, schedules, and contingency plans tailored to each venue.
- Supervise event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring every detail meets brand standards and client requirements.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate contracts, and monitor expenses to ensure profitability.
- Ensure all events comply with health and safety regulations as well as company policies.
- Provide on-site leadership and real-time solutions to address any issues during events.
- Collect and analyse post-event feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, guest expectations, and competitor activity
- 3–5 years of experience in event management, preferably within the hospitality, restaurant, or luxury events sector.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple events across different venues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to manage budgets, negotiate with vendors, and deliver cost-effective results.
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail, layout, and guest experience.
- Ability to work well under pressure and remain solution-focused.
- Proficiency in event planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
- A degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
