Join Betsson Group as our new Senior Affiliate Manager.Your Role:As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for driving acquisition and growth through affiliate partnerships in Denmark and Sweden. Your focus will be on developing high-performing relationships, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, and executing market-specific strategies to optimise performance.Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow affiliate partnerships for Betsson Group brands in Denmark and Sweden.
Ensure all campaigns and affiliate activities comply with local marketing and regulatory requirements.
Monitor traffic, conversions, and ROI to continuously improve affiliate performance.
Develop tailored promotional strategies and communications for partners in the region.
Identify and recruit new affiliates with potential for long-term value.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Compliance, Marketing, Legal, Product) to align affiliate strategies with business goals.
Represent Betsson Group at industry events and affiliate conferences across Europe.
Support and mentor junior team members and contribute to team hiring and development.

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in affiliate marketing within the online gaming industry.
Proven track record in regulated markets, particularly Denmark and/or Sweden.
Deep understanding of local advertising standards, affiliate compliance, and player behaviour.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish or Swedish is a strong plus.
Proactive, adaptable, and results-focused mindset.
