The Job:As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee and coordinate maintenance operations to ensure that our properties and facilities are kept in excellent condition.

Supervising day-to-day maintenance activities and assigning tasks to the team.
Ensuring all preventive and corrective maintenance work is carried out effectively and on time.
Monitoring and maintaining electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
Coordinating with external contractors and suppliers when required.
Maintaining safety standards and ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations.
Identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to minimise downtime.
Preparing reports and keeping accurate records of maintenance activities.
Supporting the Facilities/Engineering Manager with projects and upgrades.

Job Requirements:

Previous experience in maintenance supervision, ideally within hospitality, property, or a similar environment.
Strong technical knowledge of building systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Good communication skills in English (Maltese is an asset).
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if required.
Technical diploma or relevant certification will be considered an advantage.
