- Oversee the full operation of the kitchen and back-of-house function
- Ensure all food is prepared, presented, and delivered in line with brand standards
- Manage kitchen budgets, including food costs, purchasing, and stock control
- Monitor and improve P&L performance and cost efficiency
- Plan and manage staff schedules aligned with business needs and forecasts
- Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
- Lead, mentor, and develop kitchen staff to ensure high performance and engagement
- Ensure consistency in recipe execution, portion control, and service delivery
- Support senior leadership in building a strong, values-driven team culture
- Drive continuous improvement in kitchen operations, systems, and processes
- Oversee recruitment, training, and retention of kitchen talent
- Conduct performance reviews and set clear goals for team members
- Foster a guest-first mindset across the kitchen team
- Implement learning and development initiatives to support team growth
- Minimum 10 years of experience in hospitality, including strong culinary operations exposure
- Proven experience in managing kitchen teams and high-volume environments
- Strong financial understanding, including budgeting and cost control
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and relevant certifications
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and hands-on approach
- Passion for food and delivering high-quality guest experiences
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluency in English; additional languages are considered an asset
- Ability to bring innovative ideas and continuously improve operations
