Responsible for coordinating deliveries, maintaining company vehicles and equipment, and supporting the technical team to ensure smooth operations and excellent service.The Delivery & Maintenance Coordinator plays a key role in ensuring efficient delivery operations and the proper upkeep of company assets. The position involves planning and organizing product deliveries, reconciling documentation, and ensuring safe handling and timely service to clients. The coordinator is also responsible for maintaining company vehicles, overseeing minor repairs, and supporting the technical team with onsite maintenance tasks when required. Additionally, the role includes assisting in warehouse operations, such as stock organization and relocation, while ensuring a safe and orderly workspace. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Set up route according to delivery requirements. Check documents (timetables, order form...)
Deliver or collect parcels according to request
Perform emergency measures in case of accident. Notify services concerned
Load parcels, envelopes, prepared dishes on or in the vehicle
Execute basic maintenance. Clean vehicle
Receive payments
Arrange delivery/collection of envelope/parcel together with customer (sign off, delivery note, reserve...)
Receive and prepare goods to be delivered (collection, packing...)
Make deliveries with: armoured vehicle (for transport of cash and valuables)
Place or replace locks and locking material
Domain: daily maintenance, cleaning
Organise, plan and follow-up precautionary or corrective maintenance works
Perform simple residential maintenance jobs for clients (handywork)
Execute basic maintenance of appliances and equipment
Perform corrections or repairs: repair work
