As Assistant General Manager, you’ll be the right hand of the General Manager, making sure the team performs at its best, guests leave thrilled, and the whole operation runs like a perfectly tuned guitar.🤔 What will you be doing?
- Supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations
- Leading front-of-house teams and ensuring outstanding guest service
- Driving staff training, performance, and motivation
- Assisting with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control
- Ensuring brand standards are maintained across all areas
- Handling customer feedback and resolving issues with professionalism
- Collaborating with the kitchen and bar to ensure smooth service flow
- Previous experience in a management role within a high-volume restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- A passion for people, service, and delivering great experiences
- Solid understanding of operational procedures and performance metrics
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to think on your feet
- Fluent English (other languages are a plus)
- Flexibility with shifts, weekends, and evenings
