- Respond to calls, emails, and visitors professionally as the primary company representative
- Manage office supplies, cleanliness, and coordinate maintenance when necessary
- Handle company insurance policies and process relevant claims
- Review and reconcile administration expenses, liaising with finance as needed
- Assist in identifying, planning, and implementing policies, procedures, and employee manuals
- Supervise staff travel bookings, ensuring alignment with budgets or project costs
- Aid in planning and executing company events for stakeholders
- Support HR with tasks such as scheduling seminars, processing payments, reporting leaves, and assisting in onboarding/offboarding
- Collaborate with the Office Manager to maintain and updated employee files and training records
- Support the Office Manager and COO during internal and external audits, including ISO 9001 audits
- Assist in implementing additional ISO certifications if require
- Propose enhancements to the Company’s ERP system as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations, health and safety regulations, and emerging legislation affecting the Company
- Strong experience in relevant administration fields
- High standard of accuracy and quality delivering administrative duties
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to establish priorities and work independently
- Attention to detail, particularly in relation to accurate data entry and file management
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills
