Manage client relationships, drive revenue through projects and renewals, oversee service delivery, handle commercial matters, ensure client satisfaction, facilitate knowledge sharing, represent client interests, and identify growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities: - Maintain and develop long term relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. - Achieve financial targets set for the client account through projects and contract renewals. - Be responsible and accountable for any commercial related matters. - Oversee the service delivery from all the relevant teams, making sure that is adhering to contractual agreements. - Knowledge transfer, both to clients and internally, provide insights into the client's business model and likewise assist clients in understanding the Company's processes and workflows. - Be the ambassador of the client internally within the Company. - Ensuring excellent client satisfaction results through careful management. - Understand the products to be able to identify any opportunities.ProfilesIf multiple Education and Language Profiles are defined, please note that you must fit at least one of them, but not necessarily all.PROFILE 1LanguageReadingSpeakingUnderstandingWritingENGLISHSubjects:Subject Level Grade

  • Start-up and organise promotional events (contests, special offers...) at sales points (shopping mall, website...)
  • Organise, follow-up and technically support activity of sales team
