We are looking for a fully qualified Head of Finance to take on an exciting growth project where you will be playing a vital role within the hospitality/catering sector. You will now be working with and managing a team that is built up of strong team players in a highly engaging and progressive work environment. You will be joining a varied and exciting industry where no two days are the same. You will be given excellent support to continue to grow both professionally and personally, with the opportunity to progress to CFO laid at your feet. The exposure you are going to receive will be unparalleled in this role, working alongside some of the most reputable and highly respected brands found here in Malta. You will be managing a team of 10 + accounting professionals, both fully and partly qualified, so your management and leadership skills are going to be honed and sharpened in this role like no other opportunity could offer. Mentor a finance function from the ground up
Handle internal improvements to processes and policies
Play a vital role in budgeting and forecasting

Experience:

Fully qualified accountant
Proven team leader / excellent man management skills
Microsoft Dynamics exposure is a big plus
