- Responsible for regulatory reports (COREP, FINREP, BR06) and internal reporting of regulatory metrics
- Ensure that all regulatory reporting is compliant with current regulations and is submitted on time with the highest standard of accuracy
- Review and update the bank’s reporting practices in line with evolving regulatory requirements
- Conduct regular data quality checks, reconciliations, and validation of reporting data.
- Manage and safeguard data integrity across all financial systems and reports.
- Lead initiatives to improve financial and regulatory reporting processes, controls, and documentation
- Coordinate and manage project work related to new regulatory requirements and business growth plans
- Provide clear and timely communication to management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders regarding financial and regulatory matters
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances
- Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a banking or financial institution
- Fluent in English at a C2 level or native proficiency
- Previous experience in regulatory reporting
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting software is a plus
- Proficient in Excel and capable of handling large data sets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Salary of up to €65K, depending on experience
