Head of Finance and Regulatory Reporting

• Responsible for regulatory reports (COREP, FINREP, BR06) and internal reporting of regulatory metrics
• Ensure that all regulatory reporting is compliant with current regulations and is submitted on time with the highest standard of accuracy
• Review and update the bank’s reporting practices in line with evolving regulatory requirements
• Conduct regular data quality checks, reconciliations, and validation of reporting data.
• Manage and safeguard data integrity across all financial systems and reports.
• Lead initiatives to improve financial and regulatory reporting processes, controls, and documentation
• Coordinate and manage project work related to new regulatory requirements and business growth plans
• Provide clear and timely communication to management, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders regarding financial and regulatory matters
• Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances

• Degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a senior finance role, preferably within a banking or financial institution
• Fluent in English at a C2 level or native proficiency
• Previous experience in regulatory reporting
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting software is a plus
• Proficient in Excel and capable of handling large data sets
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Salary of up to €65K, depending on experience
