- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with operators, ensuring exceptional service and acting as a trusted advisor.
- Revenue Growth & Upselling: Identify new business opportunities, upsell SlotMatrix products, and drive promotional campaigns to maximize client engagement and revenue.
- Performance Analysis & Strategy: Conduct in-depth performance reviews (weekly, monthly, quarterly), analyze key metrics, and provide strategic recommendations to clients.
- Game Optimization & Positioning: Leverage data analytics to optimize game performance and secure premium onsite positioning for SlotMatrix Exclusive Games and RGS Partners.
- Product Development & Innovation: Collaborate with product teams, providing valuable customer feedback and market insights to enhance our offerings.
- Operational & Compliance Coordination: Work closely with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Finance, Tech) to ensure smooth service delivery and regulatory adherence.
- Industry Engagement: Stay ahead of market trends, attend key trade shows, and represent EveryMatrix at industry events.
- 3+ years of commercial experience in B2B iGaming (preferably within a gaming development company).
- Deep understanding of the iGaming industry, regulated markets, and online casino content.
- A results-driven mindset with a passion for games, data-driven decision-making, and strategic business growth.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and statistics.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications and the ability to quickly adapt to internal systems.
- Start with 22 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 32 days by your fifth year with us.
