
Payroll Officer

- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory requirements.
- Maintain payroll records, including employee data, contracts, leave, overtime, and benefits.
- Calculate salaries, deductions, taxes, social security, and other statutory contributions.
- Handle employee queries related to salaries, payslips, and deductions.
- Prepare and submit statutory reports to local authorities (e.g., tax, social security, employment reports).
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation, collective agreements, and company policies.
- Assist with end-of-year payroll reconciliations, reporting, and audits.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure alignment of employee data and financial reporting.
- Generate and distribute payslips and other payroll-related documentation.
- Continuously monitor and improve payroll processes for efficiency and accuracy
- Previous experience in payroll processing for large amount of employees
- Knowledge of local employment law, taxation, and social security regulations.
- Organised, reliable, and able to meet strict deadlines.
