
Flooring Project and Sales Coordinator

- Overseeing all aspects of flooring installation projects including scheduling, coordination and quality assurance to ensure they are completed on time and up to standard.
- Working closely with installation crews, subcontractors and internal departments to ensure everyone is aligned on project goals and timelines.
- Visiting project sites in advance of installations to verify readiness, assess any issues and make sure schedules are realistic and on track.
- Actively identifying potential flooring and carpeting opportunities, conducting initial assessments and supporting the sales team in developing new business.
- Selling related commercial equipment such as vacuums and maintenance systems to clients as part of the broader service offering.
- Serving as a reliable point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle to ensure clarity, responsiveness and satisfaction.
- Experience in flooring, construction or project coordination.
- Background in commercial flooring or related industries, with a solid understanding of installation and product knowledge.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Confident communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites.
