- Oversee all aspects of flooring and carpeting installation projects.
- Manage scheduling, resource allocation, and quality assurance to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions where needed.
- Collaborate with installation crews, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on project objectives and timelines.
- Ensure smooth workflow across departments and effective communication among stakeholders.
- Conduct pre-installation site visits to verify readiness and identify potential challenges.
- Assess site conditions to confirm schedules are practical and achievable.
- Perform quality checks during and after installations.
- Identify potential flooring and carpeting opportunities through networking, referrals, and site visits.
- Conduct initial project assessments and provide input to the sales team in developing new business.
- Promote and sell complementary commercial products (e.g., vacuums, maintenance systems) to enhance client service offerings.
- Support clients with product knowledge and after-sales service guidance.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure clarity, responsiveness, and high levels of client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead teams and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Proven experience in project management within the construction, flooring, or interiors industry is a must.
- Sales aptitude and ability to identify business opportunities is a must.
- Proficiency in project management tools/software is a must.
- Must be located in Malta holding local experience in the industry.
