- Identify new opportunities for flooring and carpet installation projects. Conduct initial site visits and collaborate with the sales team to help convert leads into clients, supporting business growth.
- Serve as the main point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring consistent communication, clear expectations, and a positive customer experience.
- Oversee the planning and execution of flooring projects, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and operational goals are met effectively.
- Work closely with installation crews, subcontractors, and internal departments to align resources, schedules, and project priorities.
- Conduct pre-installation site inspections to confirm readiness, identify potential issues, and adjust timelines as needed.
- Promote and sell related products such as cleaning equipment and maintenance systems to enhance the overall service offering and client value.
- Solid background in flooring, construction, or related trades, with practical knowledge of installation processes and a strong understanding of product functionality in project-based environments.
- A proactive, independent worker who takes initiative and gets things done without constant supervision
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with both clients and team members
- Well-organized and comfortable juggling multiple tasks and timelines
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be open to traveling to various project sites.
