- Administrative Support: Perform general office duties as assigned by the MP&L Manager, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all tasks.
- Purchasing Coordination: Assist in managing purchasing activities, including tracking deliveries for both local and international purchase orders, from order placement to material receipt in-house and system entry (Sage). This includes handling both direct and indirect materials.
- Supplier/Warehouse Liaison: Coordinate with suppliers/warehouse personnel on specific administrative requirements, such as collecting MSDS sheets, product specifications, and other necessary documentation.
- Usage Monitoring: Regularly review material usage trends and promptly report any significant variances (spikes or drops) to the Buyer for action.
- Data & Reporting: Support the MP&L Manager by gathering data for special projects and presenting findings in clear, structured report formats.
- Support the Divisional leadership team, executing the strategy for Currency in terms of the Central Bank and Security Features/Polymer propositions
- Provide subject matter expertise to support effective decision making and to provide input as required to the annual strategic planning cycle
- Support and follow the governance and operational disciplines applicable across the division
- Minimum - Ordinary Level of education, minimum Mathematics, English and Maltese
- Office administration experience, 1 year
- ECDL qualification is a must
- Advanced level of education
- Diploma in business studes
