Lifestyle Group is proud to introduce KIRU, a new restaurant dedicated to authentic and contemporary Korean cuisine, as an integral part of the wider Hard Rock Hotel Malta project.As part of our pre-opening team, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant General Manager who will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellence in service, and helping to shape a memorable guest experience.Profile we are looking for:

Solid experience in high-end restaurant or hospitality operations
Strong organisational skills and the ability to lead by example
Passion for guest satisfaction and attention to detail
Capable of supporting the team while maintaining operational flow
Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with Asian dining culture is a plus
