Determine and apply management strategy for housing (rent, costs, leases, maintenance, residents,...)
Draw up tenancy agreements. Follow-up rent and expense collection (proof of payment, proceed in case of non-payment...)
Sales method: commission selling
Contribute to the development of customer's internal and external communication strategy. Support its implementation
Negotiate and conclude property transaction. Compile information and documents (earnings, mandates...)
