Plan maintenance work, renovation, improvement, construction or design of real estate heritage
Determine and apply management strategy for housing (rent, costs, leases, maintenance, residents,...)
Control and follow-up maintenance contracts of properties
Draw up tenancy agreements. Follow-up rent and expense collection (proof of payment, proceed in case of non-payment...)
Define customer needs (price, surface, location,...) and formalise request
Negotiate and conclude property transaction. Compile information and documents (earnings, mandates...)
Keep tenants up to date. Handle customers' inquiries and complaints
Carry out property transaction: leasing out
Lease out real estate in accordance with rights and obligations of owners and tenants
