- Salary / Commission Structure: Sales Commission Structure: The sub-agent shall be entitled to increased commission rates based on the annual revenue generated through closed sales (i.e., Promise of Sale and final deed signed) as follows:Revenue up to €119,999 – 35% commissionRevenue exceeding €120,000 – 37% commissionRevenue exceeding €150,000 – 40% commissionRevenue exceeding €250,000 – 42% commission
For annual revenue up to €59,999, the employee shall receive a 35% commission on all closed transactions.
For annual revenue of €60,000 or more, the employee shall be classified as a Top Performer and shall receive a 40% commission on all closed transactions.Commission rates will be calculated at the end of each calendar year. Should the employee exceed the revenue threshold of €60,000 during a given year, the company shall pay the employee an additional 5% commission on all lets closed within that same calendar year.
In addition to the above, both Sales & Letting will have a viewing commission equivalent to 10% (ten percent) of the commission received by the company, in respect of properties which have been registered by the sub-agent.

- Work Setting (On-site | Remote | Hybrid) On-Site.
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday.
- Working Hours: 40hrs per week. With regards to hours per day, consultants are free to structure their routine as they see fit, based on their appointments and workload.
- Candidate Nationality Requirements (TCN / EU) : EU nationals.
