It’s all about great food, good energy, and a touch of madness served daily in the lively setting of Hard Rock Hotel Malta.We believe great Italian food should be bold, joyful, and just a little bit matto.
We’re opening soon, and we’re looking for a Sous Chef who’s ready to bring energy, passion, and flavour to our kitchen.Who you are:

A Sous Chef (or ready-to-step-up Junior Sous)
Obsessed with Italian cuisine
Calm under pressure, fun in the chaos
A team player with taste and creativity
Not afraid to go a little wild in the name of good food
