- Assist in the planning and execution of menus for functions and large-scale events
- Oversee kitchen operations and manage the culinary team in the absence of the Head Chef
- Ensure consistency, quality, and presentation across all dishes
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and health & safety
- Support in inventory control and supplier coordination
- Train and motivate junior kitchen staff
- Proven experience in a Sous Chef or similar role, ideally in high-volume or event catering
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple functions simultaneously
- Passion for food innovation and presentation
