- Manage and execute daily preparations for your assigned kitchen section
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene
- Work efficiently to support large-scale functions and high-volume service
- Collaborate with the Sous Chef and Executive Chef to develop event menus
- Train and guide Commis Chefs and junior team members
- Ensure compliance with HACCP and food safety regulations
- Previous experience as Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen, preferably in catering or banqueting
- Culinary qualification or equivalent professional training
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure and handle high volumes
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
