- Act as the first point of contact for the Chief Officer, screening calls, emails and other communications;
- Diary and agenda management for the Chief Officer;
- Make any necessary travel arrangements as guided by the Chief Officer, including handling reimbursements;
- Ensure all meetings are well-prepared for, with relevant documents and briefings available in advance;
- Greet guests and delegations upon arrival at the Authority's premises;
- Organise and attend meetings as necessary, taking minutes and ensuring follow-ups on action points;
- Prepare high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations as required;
- Maintain and organise files, records and confidential documents;
- Mail management;
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining strong professional relationships;
- Manage office supplies;
- Any other duties as may be required from time to time.
- Undertake any other duties as assigned by the Head and/or as may be required by the MFSA from time to time based on the exigencies of the Authority.
