- Team Leadership: Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing training, coaching, and onboarding to enhance team performance and capabilities
- Operations: Monitor stock levels, ensure product availability, and optimise in-store presence and shelf space
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute effective sales plans to drive revenue growth and increase market share
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in FMCG sales and/or team leadership
- Maltese speaking is a must.
- Proven experience in customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach
- Customer-focused with a commitment to high service standards
- Valid driving licence
