Receptionist, you will be the face of our hotel, responsible for creating unforgettable guest experiences that embody our hotel's standards of excellence
  • Answer incoming calls promptly and transfer them to the appropriate department. • Greet guests warmly and provide assistance with any requests or inquiries they may have. • Handle guest issues, requests, and complaints with prompt and courteous service, notifying the relevant departments as necessary. • Anticipate guests' needs and attend to their requests and inquiries efficiently and courteously, ensuring their satisfaction. • Maintain organised records and files of important documents. • Complete check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with our standard operating procedures. • Keep all departments informed of important messages, updates, and guest movements. • Ensure a presentable and welcoming lobby area, including attending to the lobby bar. • Carries out Night Auditor duties when working night shifts. • Handle any other reasonable tasks as requested by senior management.

CUSTOMER CARECompetencies
  • Accompany clients to their room/suite. Offer additional services (television, telephone, minibar)
  • Run errands at customer or company request
  • Exchange currency for foreign customers
  • Put telephone calls through to clients
  • Register reservations and allocate occupation of rooms, apartments, bungalows...
  • Collect clients' remarks on quality of reception, equipment, personnel
  • Inform customer about organization services and reservation procedure
  • Register follow-up data of activities (reservation/cancellation/sales...). Draft daily statistics reports (occupancy/average price...)
  • Answer customers' questions during their stay
  • Welcome customers on their arrival. Deal with administrative formalities of their stay
  • Draw up invoices for accommodation costs, check means of payment and receive payments
  • Receive client at arrival and departure
  • Close cash register and check outstanding accounts
  • Inform clients on services of organisation and shows, restaurants, tourist attractions/places...
