About the job Operations ManagerManpower Malta, on behalf of our client a growing Trust & Corporate Services Provider (TCSP) is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise internal operations across corporate, finance, compliance, and support functions.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations across corporate services, finance, and compliance.Improve internal systems, policies, and procedures for greater efficiency and quality.Ensure smooth client onboarding/offboarding and maintain robust internal controls.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet statutory and internal deadlines.Lead IT and infrastructure improvements, ensuring business continuity and regulatory compliance.What Were Looking For:Proven experience in a similar role within a TCSP or financial services environment.Strong knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and operational best practices.Excellent organisational, planning, and project management skills.A degree in business, finance, or law is considered an asset.Job Info:
