
Key Account Manager (Malta)

- Acting as main point of contact and providing high level of customer service for your clients;
- Managing multiple clients in a professional and organized manner;
- Managing the day to day relationship with our customers as well as revenues across a portfolio of products including Slot games, Scratchcards and Instant Win;
- Establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships with relevant stakeholders within your clients organization;
- Working with clients to gain insight in product performance and complete regular client review meetings;
- Monitoring the performance of promotional campaigns and identifying problems or issues that may arise;
- Deliver client revenues in line with company forecasts;
- Contributing to meeting agreed KPIs;
- Keeping up to date with new information, policies and regulations which are updated from time to time;
- Promoting company products and promotions, whilst keeping up to date with the latest offerings;
- Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of the company customer experience;
- Attending and representing the company at events and exhibitions tailored to the iGaming Industry where requested;
- Assisting with other needs which may arise from time to time.
- A proven track record and minimum of 2 years working in Commercial or Account Management;
- Self-starter and motivated person to succeed both in a team environment and as an individual;
- Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational and time management skills;
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills;
- Good problem solving skills with a proactive approach;
- Strong drive for achieving and exceeding targets;
- Ability to understand and manage commercial agreements;
- Proficiency in English, any other languages are a plus.
