- Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts, developing and executing tailored strategies to ensure the long-term success and growth of each account.
- Support customers throughout the product launch and customer lifecycle.
- Develop comprehensive account plans aligned with client business objectives and ensure that Enteractive's services continue to add value at every stage of the client lifecycle.
- Build, maintain, and deepen relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives, operational teams, and decision-makers within client organizations.
- Act as the primary strategic partner for senior stakeholders, fostering trust and acting as a consultant to clients to support their business growth.
- Serve as the internal advocate for clients, ensuring that their feedback and needs influence company strategy, product development, and service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Enteractive's products and services to maximize account value.
- Monitor and track account performance, identifying areas for improvement, and capitalizing on new business opportunities.
- Lead regular business reviews with clients, providing performance insights, forecasts, and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to senior management, covering KPIs, account status, and strategic recommendations.
- Report on account health, trends, risks, and key opportunities to senior stakeholders to support informed business decisions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Operations, Business Development, IT, etc.) to align on account strategies, optimize service delivery, and ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Ensure that all departments are informed of client needs, ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration and timely execution of solutions.
- Represent Enteractive at high-profile industry conferences, events, and networking opportunities, acting as an ambassador for the company and strengthening client relationships.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with potential clients and industry influencers to expand the company's network and influence in the market.
- Mentor and guide junior account managers, sharing knowledge, best practices, and supporting the development of high-performing teams.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and excellence across the account management team.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the company, as needed, to support the overall business goals and ensure client satisfaction.
- Must have prior experience in B2B account management, preferably in the iGaming sector, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to develop tailored account growth strategies.
- Experience with upselling and cross-selling, with a demonstrated ability to increase revenue within existing accounts.
- Strong business acumen and understanding of industry trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of an organization.
- Excellent communication skills in English and secondary languages are highly desired.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations for client and company success.
- Willingness to travel frequently for conferences, events, and client meetings, with a flexible approach to managing work-life balance.
- Experience with CRM tools and performance tracking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines.
- A bubbly personality, with a natural ease in connecting with people and maintaining strong, positive client relationships.
