- Supporting the Head of Retention:
- Ensure all campaigns and communications (planning & execution) align with business goals
- Help communicate and enforce internal processes and best practices
- Leading & Supporting the CRM Team:
- Maintain high-quality standards in campaign production
- Support testing and documentation of new promotional mechanics
- Assist in promotional planning (prepared by Executives, reviewed by Team Leads)
- Monitor and report on campaign performance
- Support QA processes
- Assist with promotional content (bonuses, website updates, maintenance)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Casino CRM Manager role
- Strong experience in communication planning (ideally player journeys)
- Solid understanding of various promotional mechanics
- Broad business perspective (experience with CRM + Acquisition, CRM + Product, etc.)
- Native Polish or Brazilian Portuguese
- Strong leadership skills with a balance of professionalism and positive team spirit
- Experience with tools such as Fast Track, EveryMatrix, Playtech BO, Hygraph, Customer.io
- Additional experience in marketing or the gambling industry
