- Define and drive CRM direction aligned with business objectives.
- Use data analytics and predictive modelling to shape campaign strategy.
- 2+ years' CRM experience within iGaming or a comparable digital environment.
- Proven track record in retention-focused CRM strategy and lifecycle marketing.
- Strong knowledge of segmentation, automation workflows, and behavioural analysis.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, ideally Fast Track and/or
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
- Central office location with parking provided.
