Rhino Entertainment is currently seeking for an experienced Social Media all-rounder able to coordinate activities on all social media platforms in the multi-market organisation, both internally and with external partners and agencies. The Social Media Manager role requires strong expertise in social media marketing and collaborative, team-player mindset. It is a group central role with significant impact on successful brand development in various markets.What your role would look like:

Administer and maintain social media accounts across all markets and brands.
Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI.
Collaborate with external influencers and agencies to create engaging content and amplify reach.
Work closely with internal teams, including country managers, SEO specialists, and the design studio, to align campaigns with broader marketing goals.
Manage campaign projects using tools such as Confluence or JIRA, ensuring timely delivery and brand compliance.
Monitor, analyse, and adjust paid campaign performance using analytics tools.
Translate social media marketing data into actionable insights to improve content and advertising effectiveness.

Requirements

3-5 years of experience in social media marketing
Ideal candidate is digital channels all-rounder with general knowledge of Google stack and other key platforms and tools
Ability to coordinate activities across internal and external stakeholders
Understanding of marketing effectiveness and budget allocations
Experience in working with brand guidelines and actively contributing on its development
Strong knowledge of the newest trends in social content and search
Ability to suggest copywriting and campaign adjustments
Team player with winning and solution-oriented mindset
Previous iGaming experience
