- Developing and executing KPMG in Malta's talent acquisition strategy;
- Monitoring and analysing recruitment metrics to drive process improvements and report to senior leadership;
- Perform sourcing to fill open positions and anticipate future needs;
- Plan and conduct recruitment and selection process and continuously improving end-to-end recruitment processes;
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned roles, including diagnostic meetings, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, interview scheduling, stakeholder management, and offer process execution;
- Provide guidance to internal recruiters and hiring managers on best practices;
- Ensure delivery of recruitment targets and quality candidate pipelines;
- Contribute to recruitment marketing and employer branding initiatives;
- Contributing to the overall People Strategy and drive initiatives within the business function and across the wider firm;
- Embracing the KPMG values and act as a brand ambassador.
- Proven experience as talent acquisition manager;
- Experience in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing and employment branding;
- Understanding of all selection methods and techniques;
- Confident with MS Office applications and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS);
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills;
- Able to take initiative and work well within a team;
- Possess an enthusiastic and people-driven attitude;
- Ideally in possession of a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or similar.
