- Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
- Create and edit engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs, etc.) for digital channels.
- Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives.
- Maintain brand consistency across tone, voice, and visual identity guidelines.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing and social media trends, incorporating best practices.
- Regularly update and optimize the company website to improve SEO and user engagement.
- Plan and execute targeted online marketing campaigns (email, PPC, display, retargeting, etc.).
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance to inform strategy and optimization.
- Collaborate with web developers and external vendors for technical enhancements.
- Partner with the Commercial team to design sales presentations, proposals, and case studies.
- Coordinate and format proposal documentation, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery.
- Assist in creating marketing collateral to support lead generation and sales conversion.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to strengthen sales strategy and proposal content.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management when required.
- Diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing, ideally within a B2B or service-based environment.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, video editing software).
- Knowledge of WordPress CMS, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management platforms.
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience supporting sales teams or contributing to proposals is an asset.
