We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage the online presence and support business development initiatives of a business services company.The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's social media platforms, creating and editing compelling digital content, managing website updates, and running marketing campaigns to promote the services and the company's culture. Additionally, this role will collaborate closely with the Commercial team to coordinate and manage the sales pipeline, including the preparation of proposals and sales collateral.Responsibilities:Digital Marketing & Content Creation:

Manage and grow the company's presence across key social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok etc.)
Create and edit engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs, etc.) for digital channels
Develop and execute content calendars aligned with marketing objectives
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to tone, voice, and visual identity guidelines.
Monitor trends in digital marketing and social media and incorporate best practices.

Website & Campaign Management:

Regularly update and optimize the company website for SEO and user engagement
Plan and execute targeted online marketing campaigns (email, PPC, display, retargeting, etc.)
Analyze and report on campaign performance metrics to inform strategy and optimization
Collaborate with web developers or external vendors as needed for technical enhancements

Commercial Team Support:

Work closely with the Commercial team to create and design sales presentations, proposals, and case studies tailored for prospective clients.
Coordinate and format proposal documentation, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency
Assist in the creation of marketing collateral to support lead generation and sales conversion
Research industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform proposal content and support sales strategy.

Requirements:

A diploma in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or service-based environment
Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, video editing tools, etc.)
Familiarity with WordPress CMS platform, CRM systems, and marketing automation tools
Understanding of SEO, Google Analytics, and social media management tools
Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills
Fluent in both Maltese and English
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Experience supporting sales teams or working on proposals is considered an asset
