Operations Coordinator - RNG

• Marketing & Promotions: Support promotional efforts with operators and affiliates from the initial concept phase through to performance review and data analysis.

• Affiliate & Brand Support: Collaborate with the existing affiliation team to drive brand visibility and outreach efforts.

• Create and manage commercial marketing materials for game features, demos, and exclusive releases across our entire RNG suite (including recordings and presentations).

• Internal Product Support: Act as a reliable point of contact for commercial inquiries, assisting with general product support and resolving ad-hoc requests.

• Result Tracking: Manage and track the assignment of regional exclusive game releases.

• Administrative Operations: Provide overarching administrative support to the Operations team, ensuring cross-departmental operations run smoothly.

• Language Skills: Complete fluency in English , with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• A Marketing Mindset: A solid foundational understanding of marketing and commercial business principles.

• Organisation: Highly independent, incredibly detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple ongoing tasks without dropping the ball.

• Interpersonal Skills: A reliable, approachable team player with a knack for building relationships across different departments and external brands.
• Strategic Thinking: A critical thinker who can plan efficiently and adapt quickly to changing priorities.

• Previous experience working in the iGaming sector.
• Knowledge of and passion for slot games.
• Basic technical understanding of gaming products.
• Background in Marketing or Business.
• Fluency in other languages – particularly Portugese ( not required )
