- Assisting in the day-to-day operations of the HR department.
- Managing and maintaining employee profiles and ensuring all records are updated and accurate.
- Coordinating the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, probation monitoring, evaluations, contract updates, and offboarding.
- Preparing HR-related documentation such as employment contracts, letters, updates and policies.
- Supporting recruitment efforts including job postings, screening, interviewing coordination.
- Scheduling interviews, performance appraisals, training sessions and HR-related meetings.
- Maintaining and updating internal databases and HR systems.
- Coordinating internal events and wellbeing initiatives.
- Ensuring compliance with HR procedures, company policies, and Maltese employment law.
- Supporting HR projects and any pending tasks within the department as required.
- Candidates must be living and working in Malta already
- Excellent command in both Maltese AND English
- Candidates must possess great organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Candidates must be able to prioritize, multi-task and work under pressure with tight deadlines
- Ability to work independently aswell as part of a team
- A Level Standard of Education as a minimum requirement
- 2+ years' local experience in a similar HR role.
- Knowledge and understanding of the HR cycle is a must
- Hybrid / flexi whenever necessary
