If you're a HR professional who genuinely enjoys the people side of business, I might have a role for you !!I am currently supporting a CSP on Malta looking for a Senior HR Executive to take care of the full HR function-from leading end-to-end recruitment and headhunting great talent, to onboarding, employee relations, and keeping HR operations running smoothly.Responsibilities:
  • Support the HR Senior Manager in daily HR operations,
  • Collaborate with Line Management on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment needs.
  • Analyse weekly/monthly recruitment reports and provide insights to the HR Senior Manager.
  • Coordinate training, performance appraisals, KPI setting, and development initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practices.
  • Guide and review HR Officer work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Review payroll inputs for accuracy and compliance before Senior Manager approval.
  • Conduct employee meetings: interviews, probationary, performance, and exit meetings with proper documentation.
  • Serve as the main employee contact for payroll and leave portal queries.
  • Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements; analyse HR data (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment).
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure HR process alignment.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (or in progress).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar corporate or professional services role.
  • Knowledge of Maltese employment law and HR best practices.
