- Support the HR Senior Manager in daily HR operations,
- Collaborate with Line Management on job descriptions, candidate profiles, and recruitment needs.
- Analyse weekly/monthly recruitment reports and provide insights to the HR Senior Manager.
- Coordinate training, performance appraisals, KPI setting, and development initiatives.
- Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and best practices.
- Guide and review HR Officer work to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Review payroll inputs for accuracy and compliance before Senior Manager approval.
- Conduct employee meetings: interviews, probationary, performance, and exit meetings with proper documentation.
- Serve as the main employee contact for payroll and leave portal queries.
- Support HR projects, initiatives, and process improvements; analyse HR data (turnover, absenteeism, recruitment).
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure HR process alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Management, or related field (or in progress).
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar corporate or professional services role.
- Knowledge of Maltese employment law and HR best practices.
