- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Assist clients in the after integration period Analyze payment data and transaction trends to optimize strategies and enhance client revenue streams.
- Conduct regular performance reviews with clients, offering insights and recommendations for improvement and expansion. Identify opportunities for client growth and expansion into new markets, leveraging FinteqHub’s diverse payment offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns, resolve technical issues, and enhance service offerings.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed guidance and support to clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management in the fintech or payment processing industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify actionable insights.
- Experience with payment gateway systems and understanding of payment processing workflows.
- Proficiency in English (C1-C2 level) is required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of international payment regulations and compliance standards is advantageous.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional client service and driving business growth.
- Additional language proficiency is a plus.
