Our client is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to drive commercial success by supporting business decisions and advising management on strategic and operational matters. This role requires strong commercial acumen, leadership skills, and the ability to influence decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

Act as a business partner, providing financial insights and performance tracking.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Monitor and improve financial performance, including working capital and cost management.
Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, central finance teams, and external advisors.
Drive efficiency and process improvements within finance operations.

Requirements

Relevant finance business partnering experience
Working knowledge of project & cost accounting, including capacity/absorption
Strong people and team management skills/experience
Resilient and able to work with and influence multiple stakeholders

Education and Experience

Fully qualified accountant with a strong commercial mindset
