Finance Manager

• Oversee the organization’s reporting function to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the finance department
• Prepare and submit all required regulatory financial reports in line with compliance standards
• Maintain and enforce financial policies while implementing and monitoring robust internal controls
• Produce timely monthly management accounts, including variance analysis against budgets
• Prepare additional financial reports, forecasts, and feasibility studies to support business decision-making
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve financial controls, processes, and procedures
• Streamline workflows to enhance efficiency and alignment between finance and operations
• Liaise and coordinate with auditors, regulators, and key stakeholders to ensure transparency and compliance

• Experience in financial services
• Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in a similar role
• A visionary, motivated professional with a track record of achieving set objectives
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and forward-thinking approach
• Excellent IT and analytical skills, with advanced proficiency in MS Excel
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to collaborate and support team growth
• Up-to-date knowledge of accounting standards and regulations
• Solid understanding of both business and financial matters
• Highly diligent with strong attention to detail
• Strong numerical skills with a natural aptitude for financial analysis
