As a Junior Community Manager, you will be the frontline voice of our players, fostering vibrant, engaged, and loyal communities across our portfolio. Reporting to the Senior Community Manager, you’ll bring energy, empathy, and organizational flair to ensure our community feels heard, valued, and inspired.
This is an opportunity to learn the craft of community management within a fast-moving, data-driven, and creativity-fueled environment.YOUR MISSIONEngage with our player community across Discord, forums, and social media, ensuring fast, friendly, and informed responsesSupport community campaigns, events, and initiatives designed to boost player engagement and retentionGather, organize, and share player feedback with the product, marketing, and live ops teamsAssist in crafting community content, including announcements, patch notes, guides, and spotlight featuresHelp monitor sentiment, community KPIs, and conversation trends to inform decision-makingAssist in moderating community channels, enforcing guidelines, and ensuring a positive player environmentCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure community voice is embedded in product and marketing decisionsSupport live event coverage, including in-game activations, livestreams, and special campaignsYOUR BACKSTORY1–2 years of experience in community management, social media, or related player-facing roles – or demonstrable passion and knowledge of online gaming communitiesClear, friendly, and professional written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple conversations and tasks at onceProactive and positive attitude – you’re the kind of person who lifts the mood in both community and internal channelsComfortable working with analytics tools to understand engagement patternsFlexible and adaptable in a live service environment where priorities can shift quicklyYou measure yourself regularly along the lines of: Community growth and engagement metricsSentiment trends over timeParticipation rates in community events and initiativesQuality and clarity of player feedback delivered internallyNICE TO HAVEPassion for strategy games, 4X gameplay, or grand strategy titlesExperience managing Discord servers or moderating online communitiesContent creation skills – whether that’s video editing, graphic design, or livestream hostingAt Twin Harbour Interactive, we’re building a unified future from two unique studios.
