One of Malta's most well-established hotel, is embarking on a major refurbishment and is looking for a seasoned Project Manager. Reporting to the Chief Projects Officer, the chosen candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination, planning & execution of a major refurbishment project.Key Responsibilities:

Oversee project planning, timelines, and execution
Manage budgets, procurement, quality control, and risk mitigation
Coordinate with hotel operations to minimize disruption
Liaise with all stakeholders and supervise subcontractors
Ensure all works are in line with drawings and technical specs
Manage site progress, reporting, and stakeholder updates

The chosen candidate will be offered a 3-year definite contract.Requirements

Candidates must be working in Malta already
Proficiency in MS Office tools AND AutoCAD is a must
Proficiency in PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is considered an asset
Strong technical understanding of finishes, construction details, and building processes
Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills

Education and Experience

 Minimum 6 years' experience in project management is a must
In addition to the above, at least 3 years in hospitality or refurbishment projects is required
Educational background in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a related discipline is a must
